Fire Marshal/Warden

The terms Fire Marshal and Fire Warden are interchangeable and mean the same thing. Our Fire Marshal/Warden training is suitable for everyone in the practice. Whilst it's not necessary to have everyone in the practice trained as Fire Marshals, it's important that there is sufficient deputies cover sickness and holiday leave. We would recommed 2 or 3 fire marshals per area that they would be expected to sweep in the event of a fire. For this reason, many of our clients prefer the whole practice to be trained.

Included in the session:

  • The role of the Fire Marshal
  • Legal requirements

  • Causes and spread of fire

Teambuilding

Interactive, Insightful, and Unforgettable

Our Teambuilding Training sessions are designed to challenge, unite, and energise your team through a unique and highly engaging experience. These sessions are interactive and hugely fun, but with a powerful and purposeful core that delivers real workplace impact.

Participants will explore the essential difference between a group and a team, uncover what disrupts team cohesion, and examine the true cost of poor collaboration. Through thought-provoking activities, we dive into building stronger relationships, identifying barriers to teamwork, and discovering practical ways to improve team dynamics back in the workplace.

The centrepiece of the session involves something truly memorable – writing and performing a team song. It’s creative, collaborative, and often takes people out of their comfort zone – but that’s where the magic happens. This shared challenge fosters connection, laughter, and learning, with music acting as a powerful leveller that encourages everyone to contribute equally.

The result? A stronger, more connected team with a renewed understanding of how to work together more effectively – and a shared experience they won’t forget.
